Generally, the concrete cutting, coring and structural repair works, involve high-risk activities mostly at heights.
In order to ensure safe working environment, Risk Assessment is done for all critical activities, prior to commencement of actual works at the site. After analysis, Risk Mitigation Plan shall be prepared.
Detailed Method Statement shall be prepared by describing step by step procedures to be followed by concerned site personnel. All comments of consultants shall be incorporated before issuing the Method Statement to the Site Engineer and Supervisor.
For all projects ITP (Inspection and Testing Plan) shall be prepared to ensure all deliverables are verified against Inspection Reports. At every stage of work commencement and completion, RFI(Request For Inspection) Form and Inspection Check List shall be submitted for the Consultant’s verification and approval.
Risk Response Plan shall be reviewed regularly by taking into account of all changes at the workplace and identification of new risks.
